I don't understand women/moms/etc. The CRTs aren't hurting anything sitting in the house. They didn't do anything wrong.My mother went on a CRT purge a few months ago and made me dispose of two monitors (a Dell and an LG) and two televisions. Fortunately Freecycle took care of the monitors but no-one wanted the TVs. She wanted me to get rid of the 17" Acorn monitor in the attic as well, but for now it is safely hidden away. Out of sight, out of mind!
