I have downloaded 6.0.1 and have all six disks. However, my IIgs only has floppy drives (2x 3.5, 1x 5.25), no mass storage.

Try using teh installer to install a minimal GS/OS on a floppy and then take out whatever control panels and tools you relaly don't need. I'm pretty sure you can free up enough space to do what you need to do.

Soooo, I need either to find a way to put both printer drivers and Tool025 on one floppy with the system, or if someone would be really really nice and sell me a scsi card, then install to that (prices on the net are stupid high.)

Good luck with that! A more sensible alternative to a SCSI card might be a CFFA... I think they run about $100 and CF cards are a dime a dozen these days.
