What are these CPUs from?

PPC750L-GB500B3

PPC750L-EBOA466

PPC750L-EBOA450

Bags first go at them.

Ok, the first one appears to be a ZIF G3. The part number also shows up on a PB1400 G3 upgrade, but the photo indicates otherwise.

Judging from the similar appearance of the others, I'd say they were all G3 ZIFs at the speed implied in the part number.

So I just bought the first one. The others are still up for grabs, and dirt cheap.

PPC750L-GB500B3

Sonnet Encore G3/500 1M ZIF CPU upgrade for Beige G3 and B&W G3 (will also fit some PCI PowerMac ZIF carriers).

PPC750L-EBOA466

XLR8 G3/466 ZIF CPU upgrade - can't see a figure for the cache but I'd probably take a punt at 1M as it's an upgrade. Also for Beige G3 and B&W G3 (will also fit some PCI PowerMac ZIF carriers)

PPC750L-EBOA450

Apple G3/450 ZIF CPU module - looks like a pull from a B&W G3 by the speed. These also have 1M cache.

All the CPU chips are IBM PowerPC 750 units and are probably on copper substrate if they are those speeds, the aluminium substrate chips never successfully clocked much past 400MHz.
