The company in question is Xemplar - this started as a co-operatinve Education program between Apple and Acorn, but when Acorn went bust (around 1998) it was re-absorbed by Apple as it's Education branch in the UK. My dad used to use Xemplar when he worked in Education, but mostly for Acorn stuff. I recognised the logo instantly

On a side note, my dad has a window ice-scraper that he was sent by Xemplar with a crass joke about clearing yourr Windows on it - very humourous
