Addendum. Is your drive jumpered correctly? W suffix drives need termination power from the drive enabled (second TP from the end) with a jumper on header J2 (underneath). TE (termination enable) at the other end of J2 must be on (for physically last or only HDD in the daisy-chain).

J6 (at the front) needs no attention unless you wish for a SCSI ID other than 0. Last three on the right are A2, A1 and A0 from left to right.
