2 companies made PDS cards (processor upgrades) for the IIfx:
Performance/040 (33 MHz)

TokaMac II FX 33

There was also a SCSI card made for the IIfx PDS:

Storage Dimensions Data Cannon

You know well. It is wonderful! [:)] ]'>
They are all rare.

The TokaMac II FX I have, but none of my IIfx motherboards were modified for it to work.

The performance/040 I almost had my hands on two of them but the owner ended up tossing them (stupid wife) before he could ship them, he had to move in a hurry. I read that they were very slow anyway.

Never got close to getting the Data Cannon for the IIfx, but I do have the Quadra PDS version of that card.
Wow! I want to hear it a little more by a very interesting story. [:)] ]'>

Do you have TokaMac II FX !? 8-o

TokaMac II FX is necessary for the logic board remodeling, and operates by setting 2 pieces of the card and logic.

Impossible operation is very regrettable. Please value it even if it doesn't move.

Do you have the driver software of Performance/040?

I am looking for the driver software.

It is Data Cannon/PDS SCSI card only for "68000 company" product and IIfx.

Quadra version is not PDS but NuBus, and has the memory that is OEM product of ATTO / SiliconExpress II.

Because it is a machine translation, I'm sorry. [|)] ]'>
