Hrm. I can't find it on Columbia Sportswear's website... (And Columbia is based in Portland, not Seattle.) [] ]'> (Yes, that's a joke, son.)

Hrm... I always thought Columbia marketed itself as "toughest outdoor gear", but it appears that a company named Sergeant claims the trademark on that phrase.
