Thankfully someone helped you with the RAM and turning on 32-bit addressing. That's all it was. Also, System 7 was awesome with 680x0 machines. It sucked on PPC boxes since it and all the apps ran in emulation. I can't believe all the erroneous posts on this board.

FYI I owned a 605 and you can overclock it by unsoldering and switching two surface mount resistors on the underside of the logic board. I did it safely. You might not want to try. The information might not be available. And I have forgotten the resistor locations. But you can do it.
