I agree with Blake insofar as you should either go for a 500 MHz Pismo or don't bother and instead look at a TiBook. Replacement 500 MHz G3 CPUs are harder to find on the used market (though there are a handful of G4 upgrades available if you trade in your CPU). Swapping CPUs is as easy as it is in the Lombard and Wallstreet.
Still, a 500 MHz Pismo for $150 sounds like a good deal if you can land it. With 1 GB of RAM, it is pretty capable. Built-in AirPort is nice, but 11 MBps is so yesterday. ;-) You'll probably want 802.11g anyway.
My Pismo 500 is still going strong, and up until a month ago when I got my 1.67 GHz PowerBook G4 15" (tee hee!), it was my main computer even though I had a dual 1 GHz G4 minitower in the house. Portability is where it's at!
