It does turn on and boot from a floppy. The included hard drive seems dead. Another drive made clicking noises. I tried a 1.2 GB HD but it still won't mount. I hope it's not a bad SCSI on the motherboard

Luckily I have a spare IIsi board so that might come in handy if necessary.
