There are 350Mhz ZIF with only 512K cache, and some 300 Mhz ones did have 1MB.
Oddly enough my IBM G3-400/1MB is the only G3 I have that does not like to overclock (In a B&W).

The G3 in the B&W has only 512k cache at 300mhz. The rest should have 1meg. I'll do some more searching but I haven't heard of the 350 with less than 1meg. Both LEM and Everymac list them as having 1meg. The 233 and 266 beige machines also had 512k. My 266 has only 512k and my 300 has 1meg.
