Why did the 700 only have 2 Nubus slots? Did the heatsink get in the way of the 3rd one (unlike in the IIci/IIcx it was modeled after having no heatsinks on an 030)?

I would have liked a 3 slot Q700 because of the ease of getting into it and its small form factor (plus built in video), but 2 slots is not enough.
