Complete with cache daughterboard, wrist strap still sealed in the envelope, unused case badge, quad control software disk, a disk sealed in an envelope (what is it?) and a "temporary" manual (a photocopy of the manual with a note on it to contact them for the real version).

The 040/40 had the cache built into the main board?

I think later versions had it built in?

Is it a real 40Mhz part or an overclocked 33?
