The drive may need its head cleaned with a drive cleaniing disk and isopropl alcohol. Even using an old disk can sometimes foul it out. I have lots of old disks. Have to clean the head after using some disks.

The keyboard is another thing. I would try using a blow dryer on it lower settings. It may just need to be dryed out. Not sure you can pull up on the key stems like a II/IIe/IIgs.
