got the video to work with my apple multi sync monitor.

had to use an apple->VGA adapter with dip switches - and set the sync mode to seperate sync - and a VGA->apple adapter to conect the apple monitor

the strange card seems to be a video card taht drives a FORMAC 19" fixed frequency B/W monitor.

The mac was last used in 2003. It has only word and lots of text docs on the HD.
