iMac sleep issues
Hi,
Since I connected my iMac to the Internet, something strange happens. Whenever I get off the Internet and unplug the Ethernet cable (it's long and dominates floor space) I usually put the computer to sleep. I tell it to go to sleep, so it shuts down the HDD and monitor...and wakes back up instantly. Every time.
Any ideas as to the cause?
Thanks,

Try changing the power saving settings. I think turning off wake-on-LAN would fix it.
Actually, that's exactly what I did. No such option is enabled.
Today I don't have the iMac connected to the Internet, so it goes to sleep mode just fine. It's when I connect it to the Web that I get the issues...
