As far as RAM goes, I was going to allocate some Virtual Memory for a total of 12 MB RAM. I have RAM Doubler installed now, but when I am using VM it is disabled anyway. I am planning on wiping the whole disk, and doing a clean install, and choosing which programs should go on there and writing my own later.

As far as Netscape 4.8, the info i got from some site (i forget which) said that you're able to choose what components to install, so that was the reason I was going with it.
