Opening these up is not too bad. Compared to opening up an ibook, it's a breeze. Just get yourself a torx-9 (8?) driver, and you'll be fine.

I'm very interested in how you intend to get wireless working with that 'book. The only wireless I'm aware of was Digital Ocean's Grouper (I happen to have a couple). Not WiFi, unfortunately, but at least it allows you to go tetherless for the brief period of time that the batteries hold out...
