The 5260 is the opposite end of the barrel. Like dan knight, I hate the x200 macs. But I will take it anyways, see what I can do with it.

A 5xxx machine can easily be turned into a 5400 or 5500 with a motherboard swap. I made a beast of a 5400 from an old 5200 I had lying around and a 6400 motherboard I bought and slid in. A good upgrade for the 5400/5500 boards is a L2 cache card, it really made a noticable difference on my machine. Maxing out the RAM is worth it too.
