Sun Remarketing also had a 10mb or 20mb drive that was MFM based but had a custom controller.  I have one but it works and I don't know how to format that drive.  I don't think you can use BLU or an Apple created tool.  Maybe MacWorks XL can do it because it's from Sun Rem.  Again, I don't recall seeing a tool to do it though.
