1. If your Apple II has a 5.25" drive and a Super Serial card, use ADT to create a bootable floppy.

2. Yes, you can boot a IIe from SCSI. ProDOS is limited to 32MB partitions which is huge for an Apple II.

3. Yes, assuming that your IIgs is functional, it is a useful bridge to the IIe.

4. The Apple II FAQs are pretty good. It is unlikely that you will encounter a problem that is entirely new.
