I use ARD 3.0 (which I paid for, the unlimited version).

I get better screen redraw, overall snappy improvement and I can admin the machine.

Screen sharing is great for at home. However when I need to work on clients machines, or grab info from my machine at home it is ARD 3 to the rescue.

For some reason I can't get screen sharing to work over the internet, but it works just fine on my LAN at home. Normally this would be a problem, but then again I have ARD 3.

I highly suggest that you fellow webmasters and IT folk get a copy. It is pure awesome.
