It could theoretically work, but you'd have to modify the cable, the connectors are electrically and physically different. On top of that, you'll have to move the fan for the board to physically fit in the case - due to the shortened Classic II board, the fan sits in front of the board and therefore you would not be able to get an SE/30 board all the way into the case without moving the fan elsewhere.
