Does anyone have some experience with Lexmark wireless printers - as a G4 iBook on OS X 10.4.x works fine with this printer but a G4 iBook on OS X 10.3.9 does not, though Lexmark say it should.

Have been on the phone to Lexmark support and they couldn't help but promised to call back, in the meantime I tried adding ports to the firewall and tried it off, tried ip printing wth fixed and dhcp settings - yet CAN ping this printer successfully from the 10.3.9 machine?

So what could be the difference/problem?
