Nikon D40
I got myself a D40 the other week, pretty freaking nice. Love the control it gives over my images (that's what I liked about my old Nikon FE).

Hey, welcome to the world of control over your images! The D40's a great little camera. and I do mean little, I've seen them on display in Target and Ritz and they're rather tiny. -- Even makes the D50 feel big seeing someone shoot with a d40. [
