SE 5.25 Floppy Drive
Anyone have one of these or use it? I don't ever recall it.

Did the card come with the floppy drive A9M0110?
Thanks!

I have the drive, but no card. :-(
There were two cards: One for the SE PDS, one NuBus. They came out at the same time (or very soon after) the SE and Macintosh II came out.
*ALL* they do is read 360 KB and 1.2 MB PC formatted floppy disks. It can *NOT* read Apple II formatted disks. (From what I understand.)

I have a Mac SE with that card and floppy drive
Does it read and write 1.2MB floppies or does it just read and write 360 K floppies?I have a Mac SE with that card and floppy drive
only 360k, (tried with System 6.0.3 and Apple File Exchange application v1.0.1)
The two Apple cards for the 5.25" drive are very limited. They won't work in a Mac with ROMs that support a 1.4MB SuperDrive, for example. AST and Orange Micro also supported the drive on early DOS cards.
