iCab with CSS turned off is very usable on a 68040. I use it on my PowerBook Duo 280c on a fairly regular basis now. (I'd say about half of my 68kmla posts are done from that computer now.)

Netscape 4 is passable, but iCab really does make pages appear closer to what more modern web browsers do.
