I signed up, recieved loads of emails, now it's on my spam list, more trouble than it's worth.

Did you try setting it to daily digest instead of individual emails in the options section?

I only get 3 emails a day; one from my home county and one from each neighboring county.

If you do that, you miss all the goodies. With FC, you have to be watching it almost constantly.
