G4/466 upgrade card
I won this on ebay today:
I plan to add it into my rev. A Bondi iMac. Ending price was $76. Did I get a good price on it? Also, what kind of performance boost can I expect?[/img]

It sounds like a good price I know the wallstreet ones are a ton even though they are almost the same exact thing.
What is the difference between that card and the wallstreet cards?
A g4/466 will run like a g3 of the same speed mostly except for a few apps that use its altivec features.
$76 seems a little high to me, but I havn't been pricing them at all. Some upgrades command a higher price then they are worth (as in you can get a faster machine for the same money as upgrading a slower one).

Geez for $76 you can get a whole G4 Powermac.
$76 is a little high for what they're worth, but plenty low for what they usually go for. I've got my eye on a couple of them myself.
The iMac G3 CPU modules are not compatible with the Wallstreet, and vice versa. Dunno why, they're just not.
