can i upgrade my mac with this?

i have a PowerMac G4 AGP sawtooth. i have done the device check and got 00000007 as my device return so i know it's dual processor ok

if you got the right heatsink and the CPU fits into the sawtooth (IDE port may be in the way) you are ok. if you got 4 mounting holes on the CPU module you have to do the voltage mod.

That will work on a Sawtooth. I have the same processor installed in mine. It really made a difference in speed, but it's still slow compared to more recent models.
