Unless you believe you can overclock by a big enough factor to make the pain and risk worthwhile, I don't recommend doing it. The ibook is one of the biggest PITAs to work on. Given that the BGA problem seems incompletely solved, performing any operations that flex or otherwise put mechanical stress on the motherboard seems ill-advised.
