It is possible to build a IIGS RGB to SCART cable for attaching to a SCART socket on a TV. I made one for my IIGS and it works well with TVs and SCART monitors. Here's a site that explains how to do it: http://vintageware.orconhosting.net.nz/apple2/scart.html

The only issue is geographical - I'm pretty sure that SCART sockets are only standard on TVs in Europe. However there may be some in America / Canada that have this type of input or something similar, I'm not sure.
