probably every bit of 35 minutes with a hakko 808, I'v removed a socket once. ( to remove )  then you would have to re solder all those pins, that might take another 10 minutes.

i'v removed a couple cpu's/ FPU's  from parts se/30 boards, I just use a heat gun for that… get the bottom nice and hot, flip upside down and the cpu falls right out.
