We got one with our LCIII brand new back in 1993.

Still have the drive, but its cactus. Oh well, got a lot of use out of it over the years. Still have it in my cupboard somewhere. The case now holds an AppleCD 1200i drive, though one of these days I'd like to hunt down another caddy loader to put in it.
