First of all, do the machines turn on? If so, do the recapping very slowly and test after each cap replaced. Literally.

If they are dead, there's a 80/20 chance that recapping the board wont bring the board back to life. This is because of rotted traces that need to be redone when the recapping is done. It is best to send it to Uniserver as he does excellent work on recapping the board and bring it to life. You need to talk to him about the price, but that includes labor and parts, and when you get it you know it will work.

The 475 LC Power supply, has slightly higher rated voltage caps than the LCIII. You need to go in and see by how much. But the caps that are listed are the ones that usually blow first. Best to change them all. But be warned, you need to go and physically measure the dimensions of the caps and order not only a µf @ V but also the physical size as space is tight in there! I and a couple others bought caps that were physically too big (in my case and in another's they barely fit but it was a tight squeeze!). The PSU work with the bigger caps but the case barely closed if at all.
