OS 9.2.1/9.2.2 installed with machine-specific CD and downloaded 9.2.2, or retail CD, or machine-specific CD from another Mac? On-board EN or an expansion card? How is TCP/IP configured? What PCI cards are installed? Does AppleTalk 'see' your EN card (on-board or add-in)?
