Radius Haul: Pivot Interface Card & PowerView
Found both of these at my local recycler on my way home. Both are brand new, still shrink wrapped. A Pivot Interface Card, and more interestingly, a PowerView. It's a color interface adapter for the SCSI port. Says it's built for PowerBook, but it'll work on any Mac with Color QuickDraw & SCSI port.

Unboxing pix. Some interesting discoloration of the device itself. I think the plastic wrapper had a chemical reaction with the PowerView box. I see this on occasion, especially with rubber feats and styrofoam. I guess they're not expected to sit unopened for 20+ years.
Manual says it supports 256 colors @ 832x624. It says it'll do millions colors with some special monitor & 32-bit Color QuickDraw. Screen size and color depth seem to be limited to available memory. I think I'll test it on my IIci, which has both 32-bit Color QuickDraw and 128MBs of RAM.

Is that a VGA port?
I think I have one of those Radius SCSI to VGA thingies as well.
Is that a Nubus or PDS version? And is it a single card or two cards with a ribbon cable between them?
Do you have a SE/30 to try the SCSI video card with? That would be really cool.
It's the NuBUS version, but I didn't open the box. I'll try to do that today. I do have an SE/30 with which to test the PowerView.

What's the dual card version? What's special about it?
The dual-card version often gets sold without the second (output) card, or the ribbon cable. Documenting the output card and cable would be a good thing. That's all.
