As fast as computer and video game hardware depreciates, I am surprised pawn shops deal in them at all. If I get $200 for a computer from a pawn shop, all I do is wait a few months and I can get a better computer for that $200, so why am I going to redeem the pawn ticket? How is the pawn shop going to get their $200 back when you can get a better computer for that money?
