I was reading about how you can change the pop up images in os x for the volume and eject and such. The files are in System>Library>CoreServices>BezelUI>Images

I replaced the volume one and rebooted, but the image is still stock. I checked the file, and it remained the one I put in there. Am I missing something?

It might be cached somehow.
