PIctures 1, 2, and 3 are 5V FPM DRAM DIMMs for the early PCI PowerMacintoshes. Pictures 4 & 7 are VRAM DIMMs as TWF stated, although, perhaps 1 MB DIMMs for the 7500, 8500 and successors and clones. I'm not certain without doing more work looking up the chips than I want to do.
5 and 6 also look like 5V FPM (or EDO) DRAM. No idea what capacity. Picture 2 are 16MB DIMMs (2M X 64 bits). There was a searchable part number on those. Plus I was interested because I'm looking for a 32MB version that used those long SOJ chips. I'm pretty sure those can be soldered onto the empty pads on the PM6500 logic board to provide additional memory.
I do not think any of these are PC66 or later RAM. While the arrangement of pins is the same, the notch placement is slightly different and all of the non-VRAM appears to have the same notch placement (left, middle, right in the space between the pins). Notice that the center notch is left justified in all cases.
