The manual speaks evil things against using regular alkaline AA batteries. I hunted down lithium batteries just to go by the book. I didn't want my camera to smoke the first time I turned it on!
I'm hoping to use the 150 with the Powerbook, it won't install on my SE/30 for some reason. The disks seem good though.

The manual may speak of evil...but hey, been using my QT 150 for almost 11 yrs..and many of those yrs, I slummed at the altar of AA batteries..as Lithium batteries costed tooo much, or were too @#$%ing hard to find..

one thing all 150 users--should do...check for battery grunge and that scummy white power..in and around the battery compartment
