Nice that you saved a cat at a shelter, so many need good homes.
Was the cat that died 3.5 years old, or much older and you only had it that long?

Cats are the ultimate social pet...Smart,cunning,and more..They haven't changed much over the past 12,000 yrs...much like Dogs..who were at one time wild...My friend next door, rescued a kitten under a vacant house, where the mother never returned...little male..wild at first, a week later, was pretty much won over ..Now, when he sees her, it's purr city..and he likes to play and taunt my chihuahuas..(zontar, sabrina, columbia )

The kitty came back today, from the vet..neutered..BUT ALSO found to be suffering from that cat blood dis order...don't seem fair..

I recently had 3 pups outta five (july 2nd) die...sabrina's litter of skeletor powered pups, skel being the dad. I gave one away today, and still have one left..a little girl called TWONKY..Twonky got de-wormed, and her first set of shots for parvo, distemper, etc..

Twonky also likes to sleep inside the quadra 900 case....a true mac dog!
