Yeah, for sure. I was pretty impressed with the seller's packing, but it could well have been a perfect storm of events. I think this delivery service was DPD, supposedly 'award winning' (according to "Which?", basically the equivalent of Consumer Reports). Oh well, not irreparable, so I'm not too bothered!
