(Not mine, YouTube) Odd SE Sad Mac Code

This video was posted a month ago. It's a guy talking about his SE, and (like him) I haven't ever seen the error code it's displaying. The code is 00000003, 0000FFFF I think the code's related to memory, but beyond that not really sure.

I found that video after my wife woke me up just now with the Super Chimed Sad Mac video as a joke. >< Juliet is not amused (yet)...
