D'oh. I think you're right. No wait... I think we're both wrong

I was thinking of the 3.5" MO which came in 230MB.

The 3.5" SyQuest came in 105 and 270MB

The SyQuest EZFlyer came in 135MB (I know I had one.) which was later upped to 230MB.

So I do believe its a standard 3.5" SyQuest after all.
