I purchased an iBook yesterday that was supposedly broken for $140 - no video. I made an aluminum shim for the graphics chip and viola! We have video.
It has 256mb RAM
a 40GB HD
DVD-CDRW
And it came with most of the accessories. It came with the install CDs too.
It's a little rough, but it works perfectly - and 10.4 is snappy.
I would keep it but i have a friend who needs it rather soon.
