That is exactly the way I feel about it LCGuy. There are so many mods possible that would be fun to do but then you lose scope of what the original goal was. I do want the authentic feel of my first LC machine, like you did with yours.

I think I am becoming like most around here that have many of these machines around some to mod and maybe some not with a wife nagging about "junk" to them laying around. Oh well, at least it is a fun hobby. I feel these machines are an example of 80s-90's engineering at its best.
