Well, the guy with RAM (my Dad's friend) came by and it was discovered that it won't power up.

he's taking it to his place to try known good PSUs on it. He said if it was fried he would buy the case for $50(USD). I don't know whether I should take the deal or not cause I have a KT3Ultra board that will fit in, really, I just need a half-way decent PC.
