Quicksilver 733mhz
I have an opportunity to pickup one up locally for $100. 512mb ram, 40gb hard drive, DVD-R, and keyboard. Go for it?
Eh, $100 is a bit much for one of those IMHO. Of course, they are decent machines, even for general use, and can easily run Leopard. If you want a tower that'll give you very-decent-but-not-stellar performance, go for it
$100 is a bit much for a fully functional Quicksilver? I must be behind the times...
I searched ebay and noticed they go for about that price.$100 is a bit much for a fully functional Quicksilver? I must be behind the times...
I have seen them a bit lower, but $100 isn't too bad.
Around here, these low-end Quicksilvers go for around $200 in craigslist.
i got a quicksilver with no hard drive and minimal ram for the price of shipping(something like $60.00) from Mike. Best deal I ever did.
