I use iMovie 6 because its simple, and has enough effects to be useful. Plus it has those dvd menu looking things that you can put pictures into/video. The only thing I would use Final Cut Express for is the split screen thing. Thats really all that was missing from version 6 to make it a replacement to FCE.
